Bipolar Illness/Manic Behavior

Bipolar disorder is also known as manic-depressive illness. It is a brain disorder that causes unusual shifts in a person's mood, energy, and ability to function. Unlike the normal ups and downs that everyone goes through, the symptoms of bipolar disorder are severe and significantly impact the suffer's family, personal and professional relationships. With medication and therapy bipolar disorder can be treated.

If you are worried that you or someone you know is suffering from bipolar disorder, the Counseling Center can help you. To request a confidential session Contact Us.
