Elizabeth’s narrative approach supports her view that the people she meets with are the experts in their own lives. Using curiosity, she collaborates with them to get a clearer picture of the problems they encounter and their preferred responses to these problems. She has worked with older adults facing losses of many types, caregivers facing a transition in roles and adults encountering a variety of problems.
