Paul is responsible for the clinical programming and financial management of the agency. He fosters interaction between the Counseling Center and the Marblehead community by forming relationships with community leaders. He also remains active in community-based initiatives which center on mental health and community well-being.

Paul's career has included work as a clinician and administrator with a range of organizations serving the elderly, couples, teenagers and adults. His experience includes therapeutic counseling on life's stresses, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and grief.
