Honoring the champions among us

Our Second Annual Amy Saltz Community Champions Award recognizes an individual making significant contributions to the health & wellness of our residents. Like Amy, the passionate advocate this award was named for, we will again recognize a local hero who inspires through sharing their energy and attention to the needs of others within the community around them.  Last year, Marblehead Counseling Center selected Anne Tassel Todisco as our inaugural recipient out of an amazing pool of candidates.  If you know of someone who deserves to be recognized as a model of service, compassion and leadership towards others, please take a moment to fill out our nomination form by clicking below!

Nominees –  recommended by our fellow neighbors – demonstrate service, compassion and leadership towards others, and dedicate their time to creating better outcomes for the residents of the North Shore.

Named for the late Amy R. Saltz of Marblehead, Amy devoted her life to the quest for healing and paying it forward with gratitude.  She was a long-time supporter of MCC, and the author of the award-winning books, including Finding the Song: Living After Attempting Suicide
