Mental Health

Taking the first step to find support for yourself or a family member can be difficult

But it doesn’t have to be.  We work hard to streamline the process, and get you started on the path to healing as soon as possible.  During our intake process, we’ll work to understand your unique needs, then match you to the expertise of one of our trained therapists.  Our therapists will meet with you in private, fully confidential sessions with the ultimate goal of developing new approaches to arrive at solutions that match YOUR needs.  Remember: therapy doesn’t have to be forever; our core philosophy is to continue working with clients as long as they continue to benefit from our services.

Can’t come in? No problem. We offer Telehealth!

We believe that mental health care is not one-size-fits all, and not being able to physically come into the office should not be a barrier to care.  When appropriate, we are proud to offer our services via phone or video conference.  Let’s talk and discuss if this arrangement suits your needs.

Telehealth

No one person or mental health struggle is the same.

Our team is highly experienced in working with all types of people at each unique stage of their lives.

Child therapy

Children & teens

Our greatest source of joy can sometimes present challenges beyond our capabilities as parents or caregivers.  Things like anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, eating disorders,  depression & mood disorders are common issues we see our youngest community members struggle with.  We also have expertise in managing interpersonal relationships, gender and sexuality identity and trauma.  Let’s connect, so we can get them back to what they should be doing: enjoying their childhood.

Adults

Being an adult doesn’t mean needing to shoulder the weight alone; balancing careers, relationships, and parenting sometimes requires a little extra support.  We help adults manage anxiety and mood disorders, substance use, impacts of major life events, and support even the most complex mental health issues.  We’ll match you with a trained professional that suits your specific needs.

seniors

Seniors

Aging can be an emotionally complex process. Managing life changes like death of a loved one, moving into a care facility, or coping with a serious illness can have major impacts on mental health. Changes to physical health and cognitive functions can compound these issues. We will match you or an aging loved one with the care they need to live life with peace of mind.

Life Transitions

Large and small shifts in our existence can be very uncomfortable, especially when they are beyond our control.  Among them, things like unemployment, empty nesting, serious illness, and divorce can have significant impacts on mental health if left unchecked.  Counseling can guide patients towards coming to terms with unwanted change, and teach ways to cope & adapt to new conditions.
