Gregg specializes in both short and long-term therapy for a wide range of life challenges including anxiety, depression, addictions, self-esteem, trauma, anger, relationship issues, job stress, parenting, and much more. He provides clinical treatment for children, adolescents, adults, and elders. Gregg has over 30 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in outpatient, inpatient, and crisis settings. He believes that talk therapy can help reduce anxiety and lift depression, manage destructive patterns and repetitions, create new insights, promote healthy communication with others, and foster self-acceptance. His approach is both psychodynamic and solution-focused where he helps clients understand their own unique story by addressing current concerns, increasing self-awareness, understanding relationships and past experiences, as well as learning to manage emotions more effectively.
